I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with couples, as well as individuals, who are caught in patterns of conflict or emotional distance in their romantic relationships. Many clients I work with are professionals, that have attained high success in their lives, but struggle in their romantic relationships and families. I also help premarital and dating couples set a strong foundation, so their love can thrive.

You may find yourself having the same argument over and over. You may feel shut down, reactive, lonely, or unsure how you got here. I help my clients look at the interactions that take over, and shift them, so communication becomes clear, trust builds, and emotional and physical intimacy is vibrant.

I am well versed in supporting couples and individuals navigating challenges related to sex, betrayal and relationship uncertainty. In addition, I help couples and individuals find relief from symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, and trauma.

I also support those who are managing stress, parenting demands, or major life transitions. Many of my clients are high performing and used to holding it all together, yet feel increasingly stretched thin. Therapy can be a place to breathe and reconnect with the part of yourself that is centered, clear, and confident.

Clients often describe me as warm, grounded, thoughtful, and steady. My intention is that you leave therapy feeling understood, less alone, and more hopeful about what is possible. If you are looking for a therapist who respects your drive and ambition while caring deeply about the quality of your closest relationships, you will likely feel at ease in my approach.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy long walks in nature, time with my husband and loved ones, and exploring coffee shops throughout San Diego County.
