I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with couples and individuals seeking more connection, clarity, and steadiness in their lives and relationships. Much of my work is with professionals, high performers, and parents who are carrying a lot responsibility, pressure, and care for others while feeling disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure how to create more ease at home.

I help couples slow down and better understand the patterns that keep them stuck. Together, we work on communication, emotional closeness, trust, and intimacy. I have experience supporting couples navigating challenges related to sex, desire, and infidelity, and I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space to work through challenges to rebuild love and move toward repair when possible.

In my individual work, I support adults navigating stress, relationship challenges, parenting demands, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are capable and outwardly successful, yet feel emotionally stretched or disconnected from themselves. Therapy can be a place to exhale, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most.

I also have experience working with military service members and their families and remain mindful of the unique stressors that military life can place on individuals and relationships.

Clients often describe me as warm, steady, and easy to talk to. My goal is to offer a supportive and thoughtful space where people feel understood and can move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy connecting with nature on long walks, making new memories with my fiancé and loved ones, and exploring the many wonderful coffee shops throughout beautiful San Diego County.
