I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the Owner of Integrative Couples Therapy.

I work with couples at pivotal moments in their marriage or relationship. You may be exhausted from the same painful arguments, feeling emotionally or sexually distant, or carrying the weight of complicated family dynamics. You may be asking yourself whether your relationship can truly heal. I can help you slow down and make sense of the patterns that have taken over. Together we can begin to shift those patterns so you can rebuild trust, closeness, and a sense of being on the same team again. I specialize in working with couples that are on the brink of divorce or those navigating the aftermath of infidelity.

Many of the couples I work with are parents, executives and business owners with full and demanding lives. I help my clients heal and create a marriage that becomes intimate and supportive, alongside work and family, so their relationship becomes a place of strength rather than another source of strain.

In addition to couples therapy, I support couples needing support with parenting and family challenges, or those transitioning to a co-parenting relationship. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health through Postpartum Support International and have a strong background in family therapy and parent education. I hold a family systems approach allowing me to see your relationship within the context of your whole family, keeping the wellbeing of your children at the center.

My approach is warm, direct, and grounded. I believe meaningful change is possible, even when things feel fragile. Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, travel, the beach, and spending time with my life partner and our five children, who remind me every day, of the importance of love, connection, and bonding.
