I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and the founder of Integrative Couples Therapy, based in Encinitas, California. I specialize in helping couples navigate pivotal moments in their relationship with clarity, care, and honesty.

My work is focused on two offerings: discernment counseling for couples who are considering separation or divorce, and Hold Me Tight® workshops that help partners reconnect, rebuild trust, and strengthen their emotional bond.

In discernment counseling, I help couples slow things down and step out of the cycle of confusion and reactivity. Together, we look at what has happened in the relationship, what each partner is contributing to the patterns they are in, and what direction feels most aligned moving forward. The goal is not to push a couple toward staying together or separating, but to support a clear, thoughtful decision that both people can stand on.

In my workshops, I guide couples through conversations that often feel difficult to have on their own. Partners begin to understand each other in a deeper way, soften toward one another, and experience moments of connection that can feel out of reach in daily life.

My approach is grounded in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based model that helps couples create more secure and responsive relationships. I bring a warm, steady, and direct presence to this work, helping couples move through difficult moments in a way that feels more manageable and less overwhelming.

I offer in-person workshops in Encinitas and work with couples who are ready to take a thoughtful next step, whether that means finding their way back to each other or separating with intention and respect.
