Shelbie is the Social Media & Marketing Assistant for Integrative Couples Therapy and a graduate student in University of San Diego Marriage & Family Therapy program. She is currently training at UCSD’s Eating Disorders Center where she provides therapy and education to individuals and families She is passionate about couples therapy, with a particular interest in sex therapy and supporting couples in rebuilding intimacy while navigating mental health challenges.
