Shelbie is the Social Media & Marketing Assistant for Integrative Couples Therapy. She holds a Masters Degree in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego. She is currently training at UCSD’s Eating Disorders Center where she provides therapy and education to individuals and families. She is passionate about couples therapy, with a particular interest in sex therapy, and supporting couples in rebuilding intimacy while navigating mental health challenges.
