Cristina Trette, LMFT, is the Founder of Integrative Couples Therapy, and a marriage crisis specialist, who helps couples and individuals navigate the most difficult moments in relationships. Whether facing infidelity, betrayal, chronic disconnection, or divorce, she provides a space where clients can slow down, regain emotional stability, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. Most of Cristina’s clients are high performers, who have attained great success in their careers, yet face significant struggles in their marriage.
Drawing from advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and attachment science, Cristina helps clients understand the patterns keeping them stuck, communicate more effectively, and make thoughtful decisions during times of intense stress. Her approach balances compassion with direct guidance, helping people reduce conflict, strengthen emotional resilience, and move through crisis with intention rather than reactivity.
Cristina works with couples and individuals who are focused on repairing their marriage, as well as those that are moving through the process of divorce. Her goal is to help her clients communicate clearly, regulate emotions, interact with dignity and respect, and create a path forward that is aligned with their values.
Cristina has dedicated her career to restoring peace within relationships. Outside of her work, Cristina enjoys spending time with her life partner and their five children. She feels most restored when she is with her family or spending time in the ocean, running along the 101, hiking, and practicing yoga.
