Shannon Ehlers, AMFT, is dedicated to helping both couples and individuals strengthen their relationships and deepen their connections, even amid the demands of busy, professional lives. She understands the unique challenges that arise when career pressures and personal responsibilities pull couples in different directions. Through a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach, Shannon works closely with partners to foster open communication, resolve conflicts, and rebuild bonds that may have weakened over time. She also supports individuals in managing overwhelm, addressing anxiety, and overcoming challenges related to relationships, family dynamics, and loss.

Shannon holds a Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy from Alliant University, where she also gained invaluable experience working at the Alliant Couple and Family Clinic. With extensive training in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy and a background in real estate, Shannon brings a unique perspective on the pressures faced by professionals, particularly those balancing demanding careers with a fulfilling personal life. She has a special interest in supporting busy professionals, providing a supportive space to unpack the complexities that can emerge in high-stakes, high-stress environments.
