This position is a good fit for you if:
You see yourself as a couples therapist and have a strong desire to immerse in couples therapy.
You are able to work at our Encinitas office with ease and prefer offering in-office therapy.
You have the ability for us to build your client portfolio over a period of six months.

This position is not a good fit for you if:
You see yourself as an individual therapist and want to try couples therapy to see if you like it. Or you want to engage in couples therapy just to obtain the relational hours needed for your license.

You need a position that provides you with 20 clients or more per week immediately upon hire.
You own a coaching practice or have plans to start one within the next two years. You intend to work at another private practice within the next two years.
