Employment ~ Associate Couples Therapist
Integrative Couples Therapy, based in Encinitas, California, is seeking an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping couples heal and strengthen relationships. This is the perfect position for an associate therapist wanting to work in a serene private practice, receive training and supervision in couples therapy, and develop the skills needed to build and sustain a private pay caseload. This is a part time W2 office-based position in Encinitas, California with no benefits.

Minimum Requirements:
Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or related program of study.
Current Registration as a Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the Board of Behavioral Sciences. We are only considering applicants with an active licenses/registrations in good standing.
Able to work at our Encinitas office when couples are available, generally afternoons and evenings or Saturdays, starting at least one day per week.
Have a goal of seeing 5 to 6 clients per day, and the intention/ability to create a full caseload over time.
1 to 2 years of clinical experience, including couples therapy.
Completion of the Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy Externship or registration for an upcoming Externship (documentation will be requested).
Preferred Requirements:
Experience and/or training in parenting support and family therapy.
