Who We Serve
At Integrative Couples Therapy, we support individuals and couples who want to strengthen connection, navigate transitions, and create more steadiness in their lives and relationships. People come to us during moments of strain, change, or uncertainty, often seeking a space to slow down, feel understood, and move forward with care and intention.
Couples
We work with couples who want to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and feel more emotionally connected. We support couples at many different stages. Some come in with strong relationships or are preparing for marriage and want to deepen what is already working. Others feel caught in patterns of conflict or distance and want help finding their way back to one another. We also work with couples navigating challenges around intimacy, sex, or infidelity, as well as those at a crossroads who are discerning whether to repair their relationship or separate with care and intention..
Our work helps couples understand their patterns, soften reactivity, and create more emotional safety and responsiveness. Therapy becomes a place where partners can repair ruptures, strengthen closeness, and learn new ways of relating that feel more secure and connected.
Individuals
We support individuals who are navigating relationship challenges, stress, parenting demands, mental health, or major life transitions. Many of the people we work with are can relate to showing a strong and capable face to the work, often holding a lot for others, yet feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to care for themselves in the midst of it all.
Individual therapy offers space to nurture yourself, make sense of emotions, and develop greater clarity and self understanding. The work is relational and supports clients to connect more deeply with others, without losing their sense of self.
Executives and Business Owners
We specialize in working with high performers, executives, entrepreneurs, and business owners who are balancing high responsibility roles with the demands of relationships and family life. High performance environments often reward productivity and problem solving while leaving little room for emotional connection or repair.
Therapy provides a space to step out of constant doing and into reflection, helping clients strengthen relationships, manage stress more effectively, and reconnect with their values both at home and at work.
Parents
We work with parents who want support navigating the emotional and relational challenges of raising children. Parenting can bring joy, meaning, and connection, while also amplifying stress, exhaustion, and strain within partnerships and families.
Our work supports parents in understanding their own emotional responses, improving communication with partners and children, and creating more steadiness at home. Therapy can be a place to process the impact of parenting on identity, relationships, and family dynamics while building greater confidence and compassion for yourself and your family.
Military and Veterans
We have experience working with active duty service members, veterans, and their families. Military life brings unique challenges, including deployments, reintegration, relocations, and the impact of service on relationships and family systems.
Our approach honors resilience while also making space for the emotional weight that can accompany military service. We work thoughtfully with individuals and couples to support connection, understanding, and relational stability.
