Licensed Therapist
Integrative Couples Therapy in Encinitas is seeking a Licensed Therapist who wants to focus on providing excellent therapy within a collaborative part time role. We are specifically seeking a therapist that has experience in one or more of the following areas: sex therapy, out of control sexual behavior, substance addiction, narcissist abuse recovery, co-parenting, parenting, parent coaching, perinatal mental health and trauma.
At Integrative Couples Therapy, our therapists focus on therapy without having to worry about marketing, networking, insurance panels, or heavy administrative or documentation requirements. Here, you can show up, see your clients, engage in thoughtful consultation and collaboration, and go home with your energy intact. Our serene private pay practice is dedicated to couples and relationships and owned and operated by a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. We provide a high level of training and support, while you can focus on the work you love.
The Role
You will:
Work with adults in a private pay setting
Practice in person in our Encinitas office and telehealth
Participate in ongoing consultation and thoughtful case discussion
Continue refining and strengthening your therapeutic skills
Be part of a small, engaged clinical team
Connect with the broader therapist community in our growing collective, if desired
What We Provide
W2 employment
Pay starts at $100 per clinical hour for licensed therapists
Private pay referrals (we do not accept any health insurance)
Billing, intake coordination, and administrative support
Marketing handled by the practice
A beautiful, fully furnished office space
Electronic health record system, Google workspace, and encrypted email
A collaborative environment that values clinical excellence
Professional training in couples therapy
Support in building a part time caseload (15 slots with a goal of 12 to 15 clients per week) or full caseload (25 slots with a goal of 20 to 25 per week)

Requirements
Active license with the BBS California in good standing
Experience providing couples therapy
Preferred Requirements
Completion of the Emotionally Focused Therapy Externship or another training in couples therapy
Experience/training in one or more of the following: sex therapy, out of control sexual behavior, substance addiction, narcissist abuse recovery, co-parenting, parenting, parent coaching, perinatal mental health and trauma.
