Develop A Specialty in Couples Therapy
Integrative Couples Therapy in Encinitas is seeking an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who wants to intentionally build depth and confidence in couples therapy within a in person, part time role.
This position is designed for a mature associate who values depth over speed. You may be in a full season of life, balancing family or other meaningful responsibilities, and are looking for focused clinical work inside a supportive structure. You are not simply trying to collect hours. You want to become genuinely skilled and grounded in couples therapy.
Our practice is dedicated to couples work in a private pay setting. Couples therapy is complex and powerful. It requires leadership, emotional steadiness, and ongoing training. We provide a clear container for developing those skills over time.
The Role
You will:
• Work primarily with couples in a private pay setting
• Practice in person in our Encinitas office
• Develop a part time caseload with room to grow steadily
• Receive ongoing supervision and consultation
• Develop strong skills in attachment based and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy
• Be part of a small, engaged clinical team

Requirements
• Active AMFT registration in California in good standing
• At least one year of clinical experience
• Some experience providing couples therapy
• Availability to work in our Encinitas office on Wednesdays and Thursdays to start
