Cara’s approach is rooted in attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Consultation focuses on understanding patterns in relationships, therapy dynamics, and emotional processes.

This is a place to bring:

  • Relational questions that feel complex or stuck

  • Cases involving couples, individuals, or families

  • Questions about emotional process, alliance, and direction

  • Reflections on your own experience as a therapist

The group emphasizes curiosity, clarity, and compassion for both clients and clinicians.
